    how much month of training need a fighter for a fight to be in good shape

    should be in the training section, you should be in the gym 2 hours a day six days a week and you need to run every day as well.

    and it'll probably take you 1-1.5 (maybe 2) months depending on what kind of shape you're trying to get into.

    How much km running (and how fast) will reflect good boxing stamina?

    It depends on what kind of shape you are in before you start training. If you are completely out of shape, and i mean have not worked out in years, then it can take about 4 months to get in shape to fight. You have to train for 2-4 hours a day for 5-6 days a week. If you have just taken a few months off, then it takes about 2.5 months.

    if someone was completely out of shape but had done the fitness side before 3 months would be enough. its always hard to start but it doesn't take long to get in the groove if you're the sort of person who eats up the physical and mental challenge and has the discipline with diet (which usually comes easily witrh the training regiment, for me at least).
