i go to school from 9 to 2 and boxing from 4 to 6 from mondays to fridays. on saturdays and sundays i work 10 hours standing in a deli and i come out tired wil this affect my legs or my boxing because i dont do anything weekends not even run
how long you been working? I used to have a job where I had to stand up all day and my legs would always be tired at first. If you've been working there for a while, then you should be used to it. I'd take it easy on the weekends definitely
