    Hi Everybody!

Thank you for welcoming us into the forum.
We are a small but continually growing boxing crew here in sunny Barcelona.

Searching the web for boxing tips, tutorials, and good advice, we almost always ended up with empty hands. So we decided to create something on our own.
Trough our channel we want to bring boxing to the absolute novice, with fun & interesting videos. But since we are not professional boxers ourselves I'm contacting you guys.
Honest opinions would be much appreciated. How to improve our material, what we are forgetting, if you find it useful and above all, if you like it.

Here the link to our latest video:

Please let us know your thoughts!!

    Thanks a bunch in advance,

Yea, don't quit your day job and leave teaching Boxing to the professionals. The technique is equivalent to what I'd seen from a boxercise class.

There are a ton of good videos already, its clearly just BS if you haven't found them. From looking at the jab video too, I would never ever ever recommend it not only because of her poor form but the guy holding mitts has no idea what he's doing either.

Harsh critique but thank you for the input. If you have any links with these good videos I'd really appreciate them.
    Cheers!

I've seen your hook and right 'cross' videos and they are utterly useless.

the guy in the hook video looks like he's got some kind of experience, at least being taught by someone with some experience, because of the way he throws his hook is very international "Olympic style" with his palm away and knuckles down.

but the biggest item I see when watching all your videos is that everyone telegraphs their punches (especially watch the hook guy in slow motion!). this tells me the viewer that no one in your examples, especially the girls have much if any experience receiving punches to the face. they've never really boxed. the ironic other side to that is, if they aren't taking punches to the face then they don't have any excuse to not be in excellence other than their trainer doesn't encourage excellence.

I'd promote your videos to recreational boxing and fitness demographic. they are what they are; entry level tutorials.

I'll tell you right now.. with how they are teaching people to throw a jab, all they are teaching people to do is how to injure themselves.

BoxinScienceUSA does make very good points.

What I see in those videos its mostly arms punches. You could put 40% more of your legs and body into the punches.
