It is unbelievable how dumb you are.

    IT WAS BUTTERBEAN. BUTTERBEAN sucks.

There have been NO CASES of MMA'ers taking on top boxers and this IS NOT one of them.

Mercer is 47 years old, way out of his prime, punch drunk and is such a nobody in boxing that hes resorting to these quick cash grabs.

Sylvias last 2 losses have been to Noguiera and Fedor. It must be terrible to lose to those bums. I mean are you serious? Are you actually comparing Mercer whos been a nobody in boxing for like a decade to Sylvia who is one year removed from fighting the best HW's in MMA?

I would not be the least bit shocked to see Mercer take a dive. This fight has fix written all over it.

Being a dick doesn't make you right. You can say I am dumb all day but start naming some boxing matches with higher caliber MMA fighters fighting higher caliber boxers and I'll admit that this isn't the biggest crossover boxing match yet.

KJ Noons fighting James Countryman whos a decent fighter is the highest profile boxing fight from an MMA'er. Countryman fought and I believe headlined a Friday Night Fights Card. Maybe not headlined but he was on the televised portion of the event. KJ Noons got sparked in a 6rd UD.

Than KJ Noons was scheduled to fight Matt Vanda whos a tough fighter and been in there with JCC Jr and Duddy on April 18th.

Unfortunately, after KJ Noons one-sided loss, his management team started to reconsider his fight with Matt Vanda. Because you can bet your bottom dollar Noons would get sparked in that fight as well.

In terms of a name? Mercer is the biggest, but right now Mercer is absolutely terrible, old, punch drunk and is just looking for paycheques which he cant do in the boxing world so he has to go to MMA where freakshows are not only accepted by fans but encouraged.

So NO, this isnt a high profile MMA'er fighting a high profile boxer. Its a high profile MMA'er fighting a past his prime, punch drunk, old, inactive boxer looking for a quick paycheque. And hes probably willing to take a dive to get that.

Oh trust me I dont give a crap about this. Im just debating with someone who thinks this is some boxing mega fight and will shake up the HW division.

The bottom line, this fight is meaningless, pointless and it features a solid MMA fighter against an old, past his prime, punch drunk boxer.
