In George Kinball's excellent book 'The Four Kings' there's a story about Roberto Duran putting wads of cash into 7 bags at an airport. When he arrives home there's only 6 bags and an obscene amount of money missing.

Must read that book again and find the story for more specifics.

Nice to see you in yet another thread started by myself little Troll....multiple posts too....you just can't seem to keep away....LOL!

Following me around like a little black shadow! Certainly every bit the follower, no leadership material in you that's for certain!

Must be getting under your skin little fella!

The first thing you'll learn here is that boxing has been around a lot longer than you seem to realise sonny! It'll come as a shock, but there actually was boxing pre-Mundine!

Stick around. It's pretty basic stuff here but hey, Stone the crows, you might actually take in some boxing history. A good starting point for a naieve little twerp like yourself.

    LOL for now.........baby!!

Nice to see you back little troll. That's two days in a row!

Just take in a little bit each day - little bites at first.

It's pretty simple boxing history, but you'll be the better for learning it.

Cassius Clay v Henry Cooper – Wembley Stadium, London, UK.

In this, the first bout between the two, Clay wins by KO in round 5 of 15, but not before a bit of drama.

With less than 10-seconds remaining in round 4, Clay is dropped through the ropes by a big left-hook from Cooper. Between rounds a tear is detected on one of Clay’s gloves which delays the normally 1 minute break into several minutes.

Could Clays’ astute cornerman Angelo Dundee have had something to do with the mysterious glove damage? Surely not!

Clay’s pre-fight prediction of a 5th round stoppage is proved correct.
