I was recently diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic. Which forces you into a healthier lifestyle. Now boxing as always been a sport I loved and a passion of mine for 2 and a half years now. Only question is how do I train and diet properly without putting my health at risk? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

That is, for sure, a question for a doctor.

A diabetes test I think is part of a boxing medical you go through before gaining your licence, in Scotland anyway.

Nah, I'm smart enough to manage my health and physical activities without "Getting hurt"

Quitting isn't an option, I refuse to let a faceless bull**** troll on a messageboard dictate what I want out of life. Eat ****. :nono
