So you weigh less than the average woman. I'm so glad I didn't give you my address. You must be an incredibly intimidating person.

I'm not going to lie...but every time I come on here I see virus make a post and people immediately jump on it and discredit it...but I have to tell you...he seems like the only actual educated guy on here...the rest of you are literally apes that have no clue what you are on about...you have literally watched all the rocky movies and think that chopping logs in the snow is the best method of strength and conditioning and weight training is useless...I swear to high heaven the majority of you are dribbling neanderthals.

Please let me know if I am wrong and I don't want an argument lol. I am training to one day turn professional and have always wondered what type of training I should be doing.

I am 5'11 and weigh 10st 10lbs. I have always done Calisthenics and Plyometrics but I see the likes of GGG using weights. Especially when he does his forearm exercises.

Have you ever done a weight training routine? I would suggest trying one out for a month or two and figure out which works better for you.

If my experience holds any weight with you I do a simple calisthenics routine for boxing and feel I perform better than when I lift weights. My stamina and mobility is better as well as my speed.

Depends on you and what you're trying to achieve.

You could go your entire career without touching heavy weights and become a champ. You could use weights in various ways every day and become champ. It's about what you're training, how and why that's key.

Work out what weaknesses you have and what your options are in terms of training. This is what you should be asking yourself for EVERYTHING. Don't just go out and lift weights, that's a waste of time and energy.

Thanks for the advice guys (the serious ones)
I didn't mean to start a war or anything. I was really just wondering what I can do. Let's chill out and do some workouts!

Not really. I was just curious to see if you post any **** anywhere else.

To be fair it's not really the advice. It's more the fact you talk complete and utter bull**** while giving advice.
