He's been a hardcore boxing fan for more than twenty years.

Little-known fact: this song is about James "Lights Out" Toney.

    This is from just yesterday:

"Scoop Malinowski: It is always awesome to see excellence, in art, nature, humanity, and also in heavyweight boxing. The Klitschkos exemplify excellence, domination, superior skills, power, strategy, speed and intelligence. It happens in sports, Secretariat, Usian Bolt, Nadal, Serena, the 72 Miami Dolphins, domination happens. They don’t talk about asking Bolt, Serena or Nadal to retire form their sports because they dominate. Rather than whine about it, just appreciate two of the greatest heavyweight champions of history. Why the **** should they lower the bar for their competition? The competition has to raise their game to raise the sport. So far, there are no answers, no ways to offset the incredible amazing domination of the Klitschkos. The only ideas are to ask them to retire and whine about it.

Philip H. Anselmo: VERY well said Scoop. Where the **** ARE the Holyfield’s and/or Tyson’s , L. Lewis… even Bowe, Golata, and of course IKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????=NFL/NBA…Ibeabuchi was a freak. Yep, the K bros are DOMINANT… if only Davey Haye had a pair of jewels.

Lou DiBella: To paraphrase Scarface “**** the heavyweight division, **** Casper Gomez and **** the ****ing Klitschko brothers!”

Scoop Malinowski: Or ****! all the american failures who came, tried and failed to make exciting fights with the Klitschko Brothers who are just too DAMNED good?

Lou DiBella: Yeah, they’re good. Yeah, no one can beat them. Yeah, the American heavyweights suck. Klitschkos are boring and the stars of friggin ESPN3. I’m sick of them.

Scoop Malinowski: If Pauly Malignaggi was beating Cotto, Floyd, Pacquiao, Martinez and Hatton with his style, Lou you would be singing a different song!

Saverio Curcuru: I think Lou is looking to throw fists with Philip H. Anselmo. Arguing this topic with Phil and Scoop is NO win situation. They WILL NOT budge here.

Philip Anselmo: Awwwww Lou are you jealous you don’t have the “next big heavyweight”? hahaha. So, what would YOU DO if you were managing Wlad Klitschko? I can understand why you don’t like the K brothers Louis Di-Big-Fella, but like Larry Holmes and Lennox, both of them will be unbelievably appreciated AFTER they’re gone, for sure. Their accomplishments are HISTORIC… and their records speak for themselves. Between the two of them, they cleaned out the U.S., period. Without them, like Bos alluded to earlier, the division would be more even, sure, but do any of you really wanna see David Haye vs. Dennis Boystov? Ruslan Chagaev? Eddie Chambers? The only fight that makes sense here would be Adamek, and I’ll bet $100 bucks Davey fights Tomasz BEFORE he even considers fighting a K bro.

Lou DiBella: I would continue to fight stiffs in Europe on ESPN3, bore the world, make mega green and watch boxing die in America…Or he can help save the sport AND FIGHT HIS BROTHER. KLITSCHKO VS. KLITSCHKO. THAT’S THE ONLY KLITSCHKO FIGHT THAT MATTERS.

Philip Anselmo: Agreed. Having two dominant guys SUCKS for the sport, I’ll admit that because I don’t like it. Vitali should’ve retired after re-gaining the WBC belt (vs Sam Peter) and let Wlad have his “Time” while he’s in his prime…I wrote an article on this subject a long while back… here’s a link:
    http://www.boxinginsider.com/columns/cain-vs-abel-revisited/
It’s very dated, but still relevant to the subject.
    TO BE CONTINUED"

Yeah, he's pretty much spot on.

I'm very glad to see him looking so well, I love the guy. He seemingly had some serious trouble with drugs not that long ago, plus Dimebag's death.. I heard him saying that love starts to mean more to him than hate now..

He's boxing a bit himself BTW.

Hes right holyfield and ruiz did already beat valuev.and no one ever claimed valuev was good, but fighting such a bigger guy isnt easy, imagine klitschkos having some one bigger than them as haye had vs valuev in terms of height and weight differential.

Haye beat valuev with a broken right hand!.he doesnt know about though he does he?.

klitschko fight boring every fight, their most exciting fights are the ones where they get ****ed up by nobodies and past it fighters!.

he doesnt seem to mention about klitschkos sexy exciting brave boxing with brutal KOs in the early rounds, wait, cuz they rarely happen do they!

haye prob. didnt have back injury, but setanta went tits up,the guy wouldnt have got paid barely if he would have gone through with the fight!.

And this time round Haye did several things/several options to klits. that made sense to make the fight, but klitschkos drive hard deals.thats fact, too many opponents talk about them and thier rematches ect for it not to be true.and thier secracy to clauses in contracts is lame too!

.people like to ignore any truthful negative points about the klitschkos but attack haye wtihout any bit of praise for what hes done in his career and how hes fought and won fights.

also whats wrong with haye bulding up experience, earning more money and building up his name before the klitschko fights?.

No one be bitching at adamek to hurry up and fight the klits!.

Haye will Knock out the klitschkos as soon as both camps get serious and meet in the middle.

although they wont deal with him till he fights out his contract with saureland and isnt on a rival german tv channel.(in 1 fights time).

which is funny when boente wants haye to fight vitali in his next ifght,

although they wont deal with haye till he fights out his last fight contract option from saureland,so he needs to fight a mandatory or someone else before fighting vitali.BIG contradictions from boente and vitali there.

how can haye fight his next fight vs someone esle to get free of saureland b4 klits deal with him,but also fight his next fight agianst vitali???.

And they will need to get same amount going to haye as haye has going to them

,also change boente's stance of blocking hbo out even if they offer the most for klitschko vs haye fights!.contadcitng what he said about maximising revenues everywhere and splitting it so they all get equal amounts each.

dvb: The answer to your question regarding the lack of pressure on Adamek to fight either Wladimir and/or Vitali is the way in which he entered the heavyweight division. Adamek has simply fought and won several fights, with no major boasts about how amazing he is and how horrible everybody else is. If asked, he will of course answer that he would like to fight Wladimir and/or Vitali, but he did not make himself known just by simply harassing Wladimir at a charity event, and antagonize both brothers at a restaurant by wearing a T-shirt of their severed heads. If Haye allowed his fists to do the talking and not his mouth, he would garner true respect from most boxing fans. His attitude and behavior is rude, crass, and generally quite immature, something you would expect from a teenager and not a 30? year old professional.

So you're trying to compare standing in front of a soccer goal and trying to block possibly 8-10 shots a game to fighting for the heavyweight championship of the world. You do man!!!
