    5x3 minutes boxing opponent bag (1 minute rest)
    5x3 minutes shadow boxing (1 minute rest)

    4x25 v-ups
    4x50 crunch+tuck
    2x25 ****-ups (3kg behind neck)
    2x50 knee tucks (hands behind neck)
    2x75 crunches
    Side plank, 1 minutes then 1 minute 30 seconds on each side.

    5x3 shadow boxing (1 minute rest)
    3x3 body opponent bag (1 minute rest)

    3x20 press-ups (warm up)
    3x12 side-to-side pull-ups
    3x10 fingertip press-ups
    3x5 pull-ups (9kg dumbbell in between legs)
    2x40 knuckle press-ups
    3x12 full body plyometric press-ups
    3x12 plyometric press-ups (feet raised)

    12dumbell presses (18kg) then straight into 12 barbell squats (32kg) with speed - (2 sets)

    12 uprgiht dumbbell rows (18kg) at speed then straight inot 25 calf raises (32kg) - (2 sets)

    10 pull-ups with speed straight into 16 plyometric press-ups (2 sets)

    1 hour and 40 minutes boxing in gym, including 2x2 sparring, disappointed it was this little but everyone shitebagged.

    2min burpees, 2min star jumps, 2 min box jumps (no break just 6 minutes of work)

    3x60 crunches, 1:30 side plank each side, 3x100 Russian twist (5kg dumbbell)
