12th January 2011 90 minutes in gym including headmovement drills with coach, body sparring and sparring.
13th January 2011 5x3minutes shadow boxing (1 minute rest) 12dumbell presses (18kg) then straight into 12 barbell squats (32kg) with speed - (2 sets) 12 uprgiht dumbbell rows (18kg) at speed then straight inot 25 calf raises (32kg) - (2 sets) 10 pull-ups with speed straight into 16 plyometric press-ups (2 sets)
17th January 2011 1 hour and 40 minutes boxing in gym, including 2x2 sparring, disappointed it was this little but everyone shitebagged. Happy birthday Muhammad Ali!
