29th January 2011 2.5 mile run (16 minutes 42 seconds) 25km cycle (stationary bike) 3x3 body opponent bag (16oz gloves, 1 minute rest) 3x3 shadow boxing (1 minute rest) 2x75 crunch and tuck, 2x75 crunches 2x3 barbell military press, 42kg 3x20 rear shrugs, 42kg 3x10 bent over rows, 42kg 2x10 wide, fast pull-ups 3x6 lateral dumbbell raises, 9.2kg 5x10 neck rolls 2x16 dumbbell front raises, 9.2kg 3x16 static neck hold (in press-up position but supporting weight with forhead not hands with hands behind back) 3x10 feet raised plyometric press-ups 3x16 plyometric press-ups
It really felt so good, it was a home show and I had all of the coaches from other clubs, my friends, my club members and their friends cheering for me. Got the only stoppage win of the show! Hard work is beginning to pay off!

It sure does. I've been training pretty hard, don't know if I'm going to fight though. Need to get a lot fitter, and it's harder in australia man you know haha.
