    6 minutes on treadmill

    3x10 pull-ups
    3x20 one hand press-ups L
    3x10 one hand press-ups R
    2x50 crunch + tuck
    3x5 extended arm press-up
    3x5 upright rows (24kh dumbbell)
    3x5 overhead press (some legs too) 24kg

    I'm not telling anyone about it, I'm keeping it on here because I like the lay out and it's easy for me to track.
