No need to trash him man. This is a pretty good layout to keep track of workouts and whatnot to see what works and what does not work. Also, it may motivate/help new guys. Anyways, thanks for the training diaries donboxer lol. I will use them. Kinda sick of the paper and pen these days.
The guy above me is right, in that it has motivated me to train harder after seeing how hard you train and how dedicated you are, seeing as I think we are around the same age (did I see you mention somewhere that you are around 15/16?). Keep going man, you've convinced me that I can achieve my goals. I wish you all the best mate.
Looking back on this training makes it look pathetic, I'm working twice has hard now but thanks. All the best in achieving your goals. It's a tough road but it's worth it.
