Yes...the ultimate right hand of boxing history was the Marciano right that crushed Walcott....as Mr. Bill likes to say....WORD!

    I recognize it, big time.

Also, some guy named Louis? Joseph Barrow?

most technically perfect yes, but i just can't put it up as the BIGGEST. i hate going back to the conn fight but how many CLEAN shots did it take to knock out a super middleweight?

walcott against the ropes and leaving himself wide open. i'm surprised many don't comment about the big mistake that he made. paid big time for it anyway.

Look at 2:19 and tell me Louis didn't have the best short right hand in terms of accuracy, power, speed.... His right isn't a slugging one, it's crisp but it still maintains devastating power my friend.

As for all time "biggest right hand".... I might have to go with Baer, Shavers, or Lewis. All of them had crushing, awful right hands.

Again, the ultimate right hand bomb landed on a September night in 1952.

totally agree. but for concussive force, like you said, i'd lean towards a shavers or foreman. louis would hit you more often, more accurate and with far better timing. but punch for punch, shavers and foreman DESTROYED you whether or not they hit you in the right spot

:thinki see those as interchangeable. louis had a better right, baer's was probably bigger

  15. the real power of louis were his great combinations, archie said that marciano was harder puncher than louis with a single shot. and the right hand of rocky to walcott WAS NOT EVEN NEARLY THE HARDEST BLOW . MARCIANO WAS A HARD PUNCHER pfp BUT I SAW TONS OF HARDER BLOWS... THE LEFT UPPER OF FOREMAN VS COONEY, COONEY VS NORTON, THE RIGHT HAND OF TYSON VS LARRY HOLMES,FOREMAN VS NORTON, SHAVERS VS HOLMES, FOREMAN VS JOSE ROMAN, TYSON VS TREVOR BERBICK..
TYSON AND LOUIS GOT GREAT COMBINATIONS. MARCIANO WAS A GREAT PUNCHER PfP HE HAD HEAVY HANDS , SHAVERS,BAER AND LISTON HAD A VERY HEAVY HAND. FOREMAN HAD THE HEAVIEST HAND EVER, HE DID NOT PUT EVEN HIS WEIGHT IN HIS BLOWS, IT WAS JUST HIS ARM..
FRANK BRUNO DESERVES A MENTION, HE WAS A VERY HARD PUNCHER. MY HARDEST PUNCHER EVER PfP WAS MUGABI.
