How many people do you think Mexico has? it has around 100-105 million people so based on you calculations Mexico should have around 1.07-1.02 champs per million so Mexico should be in your p4p list at about number 8...

It was all from Wiki so I can't guarantee 100% accarucy for example one boxer may be counted for 2 countries. stuff like that
