BOXING'S LEADING Nations, can you Rank them?

I mean we generally except the U.S, Britain, Australia, Mexico, Europe and that sort of thing. But should it be more decisive like an overall numbers type thing for the leading nations and other nations with smaller overall number get high consideration for their few Top Fighters.

does Canada loosely tow along side the U.S for instance or Mexico and Argentina followed by the remaining Central and South America countries. Likewise should Britain & Europe be split and placed by their leading counties or does Ireland loosely get tied into Britain for this purpose...

Europe and/or Eastern Block countries same question.

after such 'dissections' or 'amalgamations' "How would you Rank Boxing's Leading Nations?

(P.S Mods fix that title if you could, I don't know how to edit it) thank you.

Boxing Nations don't play into overall or general rankings of Fighters, Era's or ATG quibbling?

Are you saying ... rate the countries on how many great fighters they produce in proportion to their size/population ?

Or perhaps even their great fighters in proportion to their overall number of fighters.

    Something like that ?

Would it be fair to rate America by states instead of the whole nation?

I think historically Japan would have to be in a top 10.

Central America is a region, not a country.
    Cuba
    Japan
    Panama
    Italy
    Puerto Rico and
    Thailand
should be in instead of some of the Anglo American countries?
