All of this is pretty irrelevant really, because if I remember rightly...didn't Margarito say the wraps felt different when he was trying to get his license back?

Just because it COULD happen, doesn't mean it happened. You have to look at the motivation too, who had the most to gain by Margarito using dirty handwrapes other than Margarito himself?
