Bowe vs Golota II. Used to hold the compubox record for most power punches absorbed by a heavyweight. When I showed this fight to my wife, she started crying. Such a shame that Riddick found his heart so late in the game.

Calzaghe vs lacy was so bad because of Joe's lack of power. Just a constant pummelling for lacy for 12 which effectively ruined the guy.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!??? Either you dont know who these 2 fighters are or you are just stuck on the other fighters named!

Ray "boom boom" Mancini vs Duk Koo Kim.

They beat each others ass for 15 rounds! Tragic ending. Kim dies following the fight. Mother and Ref commit suicide in the months following.

THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THAN THAT!

I figured that was one of the first fights mentioned. Didn't read all the responses. Boom Boom was never the same either.

:good You beat me to it

Also Marciano vs LaStarza2, Moore & Louis were all sustained & brutal but the Cockell fight was hard to watch, so many fouls & so much punishment. Little footage of the Vingo fight but that must have been similar.

Joe didnt lack power, watch some of his early fights. By that point his hands & wrists were ****ed.

Lacy was ruined for ever, it might have been better for him if Joe was healthy & ended it early

Fan are quick to point out the Rosario fight when they talk about the biggest beating JCC ever handed out, but I thought the Mexican inflicted more pain and suffering on Terrence Ali. A left hook masterclass.
