In two years, the business has lost over £7m. It has no value, no assests. Nothing. If you tried to sell the business, its value would mean you have suffered millions of pounds worth of losses.

It's plainly obvious that BoxNation has seen serious financial problems since it launched. It wouldn't shock me if it folded before Christmas. BoxNation needs to drastically change it's business model. This is something I have never denied.

However that was never my original point. My point was as long as it pays the bills it will stay in business. 18 month old accounts and remarks from a judge 9 months ago are irreverent today.

You know full well a businesses financial health changes monthly, weekly, daily.
