I just got an e-mail from Boxnation with their 'Christmas Offer': Don't miss out on the action again - if you subscribe before Christmas Day, you qualify for our special offer: With every subscription youll receive 2 tickets to a Frank ****** Promotions fight of your choice in 2012!* *Limited to 50 pairs of tickets per fight; Frank ****** Promotions fights only. So if you joined before this you got one month free. Join now you get essentially £80-£100's worth of fight tickets. Well that was well worth taking a gamble and subscribing before launch...
I got the email as well mate. Don't know how to print screen because I have a dodgy keyboard but the full email was. Christmas has come early... Free tickets to a 2012 fight! Last night Lee Selby successfully defended his British and Commonwealth Featherweight title, dramatically flooring John Simpson in the 5th round of a tough fight, broadcast live and exclusively on BoxNation. We'll email you early in January to let you know how to claim your tickets.
I've just emailed them to see if i qualify seeing as i already subscribed. I mean as a virgin customer, i've already ****ing lost out on the free period
I'm not going to knock the bills, because at least we've got more boxing on (Steve o'meara being an example of someone we get to see more of due to boxnation, and by the way, what a KO last night). I will knock the way it seems that people who are prepared to put their money where their mouth is don't get rewarded. Plus, i will knock how they ****ed Virgin customers about, and deprived us of their free trial period. That was shitty. But what they are trying to do with boxing itself is good in general. Just don't try pulling the wool. We are not kids, we are all adults who are big and ugly enough to know when we are getting shfted by the fat end of a shitty stick
As they have 10,000+ subscribers they are not going to offer those who have already signed up free tickets. That is of course unless they are having 200 shows this year.
In another words a couple of tickets to a shitty bill as ones from the better bills will be "already allocated".
That's a given mate!:good I'm happy with the channel. I just want to be recognised as an equal with sky customers, and not treated like some second rate pleb virgin customer.
