Did you stop your subscription? If so, I'm not surprised they have asked you to pay a registration fee again.
Some **** nicked my card and i got a new one and forgot to put my new details in Pay wizard and they cancelled my suscription.......... I went ****ing mad and they told me i was in the wrong.. So i told them i wouldnt suscribe again , but i did.. atsch
When a website says the stream is "high quality", you just know full well it means standard definition. A bit disappointing...
It's a reasonable point but there would not be such an issue if you could just ring up Sky to register (like any other premium channel). Boxnation still haven't added this facility and it makes me wonder if the channel is breaking even at all.
I totally agree that the way to go is to make subscribing as simple as phoning Sky. However, I'm sure I read somewhere a few months ago that it is because of Sky this hasn't happened yet? Perhaps Sky want an unrealistic percentage for this service? Not sure, but there must be a legitmate reason in my opinion, they have had alot of problems with Paywizard (including the whole shambles with Klitschko/Chisora) so why would they stay with them other than to reduce overheads?
Have they fired Dunce yet? He's the only thing stopping me and tens of thousands of others from subscribing. "Sort it out, Allegedly."
I do like the nickname 'Dunce', very good However I find your statement that his presence is stopping "tens of thousands" from subscribing a bit OTT; firstly any proof of that number?! :nut And secondly I find it so hard to believe that any true boxing fan would choose to miss out on Boxnations coverage just because of the Buncemeister General!
i got a new card and it cancelled itself, there was **** all i wanted to see so i left it. i assumed the fee was only for the haye fight because they said it was to deal with the demand, they never said it was becoming a regular thing. fact is, its a nonsense fee that they shouldnt have. Even crimetime only make you register once.
Sky charge a high premium for such a service and won't budge on price especially for a competitor. I still am of the opinion that the channel isn't doing as well as Frank says- fights picked up late in the day for low prices and not as many domestic shows as promised originally. I think that the long term prospects for Boxnation are bleak especially if they can only guarantee four or five "must buy" cards per year.
