Kessler has won his last 4 (including beating Froch) while Froch has won his last 2 since both losing to Ward so I don't see the problem.

i wouldn't say its any sort of dig really, Kessler beat Froch therefore not inconprehensable that he's above him.

I hope and think that that will change when Froch beats him on May 25th but think your looking for something thats not there

Forget Kessler over Froch. Why is Dirrell ranked?

I think Froch deserves to be number 2 based on his recent results, but a case can be made for Kessler being number 2, hardly a dig at all.

I'd have Froch over Kessler as well.

It's been 3 years since they fought a pretty close fight. Since that time Froch has beat Abraham, Johnson, Bute and Mack while losing to the division #1 Ward. Meantime Kessler has beat Bouadla, Green and Magee.

But it's no big fault. As said, there's a fair case for having Kessler higher.

But the Abraham win was over three years ago now. Since then he's fought two no hopers. I think he has to beat someone meaningful to get back in. Just my opinion.

Also, why is Bute not ranked in your rankings, or the BoxNation ones? Is he definitely not coming back down to 168 again?

  13. A lot of independants have Kessler at 2 and froch at 3,revenge next time

Its not a dig at all, he has lost to both. Just like Boxing Monthly top 3.

  15. I'd never seen Vlasov until he boxed Geard. Was pretty comprehensive but still very competitive.
