Boxnation v Setanta who wins?

    On a purely boxing basis which channel has given/gave us the most and the best fights? I'm fairly sure Setanta used to call themselves the home of boxing like Boxnation do. So who gets the nod?

    boxnation has been serving us some good rice, peas and chicken..

    setanta were serving some tasty fried chicken and chips...

    I can't remember exactly how much boxing Setanta delivered? I don't think it was as much as BoxNation.

    Setanta had Cotto fights and David Haye fights. They had a couple of Hayemaker promotions domestic cards I think. I think they had the last 3 Calzaghe fights. I remember them having Taylor vs Pavlik 2 I think.

    They had a deal with F.W. but he left for Sky.

    Setanta had literally no customer service department, so when they selected the wrong channel for the streaming service before locking up for the night, you knew you weren't going to be watching any boxing that evening. They did this more than once...

    Boxnation isn't perfect, but they are much better than Setanta. Cheaper too...

    boxnation by miles, the thing is some weeks we've had 3 good fights in a row
    for £10 a month thats like £3.30 a fight and some of them like Bradley/Provodnikov were ****ing worth it, do you think other channels would ever pick up fights like that
    Bradley/Provodnikov, Alvarado/Rios and Donaire/Rigondeaux are all worth £10 each imo

    Its tricky as Setanta was an all sports channel very commited to showing a great deal of fights, it seemed to be getting better and better before it went tits up. As for BN the 3/4 am fights from abroad aint worth stating up all night, unless the undercard is top draw (never is) plus theres no incentive to sky plus boxnation instead of a download as its in glorius SD.... Whats the point paying for BN when I can get a BETTER QUALITY download the next day, avoiding the result is easy as nobody gives a feck about boxing any more.
    Charging for a channel with no HD is a big **** you imo, they need to sort that, switch to HD without upping the costs and I will re subscribe.

    Plus I miss an impartial Bunce.
