I agree, also the card from Ukraine or there/thereabouts?on a Sunday was a good move, Sunday evening boxing went down a treat.
Yes at the moment the May schedule on BN is a bit sparse, and hopefully this will change. However, to be honest even if it doesn't I think the tenner they've had off me this month is worth it for the fantastic show on Saturday, and four episodes of the Buncemeister :happy
I've no problem with legit pull outs. Fwank is known for stacking a card then watching it fall apart and be degraded to hyped name vs TBA. Most recently Groves is the fishy one. Fwanks promotion should be associated with a legit doctor and it should be in the contract that all pull outs are ratified by him. They saved the Frankie Gavin show. Credit for that.
This wasn't a moan, just interested in the numbers. When BoxNation first com about, I'm sure it was advertised with two live domestic shows a week. Were lucky if we are getting one. I'm assuming that was announced with "Box Academy" in the works, but three were announced and none of them came off. The recent Oldham bill was cancelled because a suitable opponent couldn't be found for Stephen Smith. When pretty much every other fighter on the bill was up against TBA. I enjoy Box Nation, but am worried about W**ren's stable. The amount of lads he has who just aren't progressing. I thought that was what Box Nation was about, he had more dates and his own freedom to get his lads out.
