    Boxrec has to have some sort of standards. Otherwise anytime a coupla assholes get intox'ed and square off outside their local pub the outcome will be listed on boxrec. As per boxrec their bouts have to be sanctioned by approved commissions. If a bout is not sanctioned by one of those approved commissions (which Chisora vs. Haye isn't) then it doesn't get recorded. Simple as that.

    Why would one expect boxrec to count unlicensed boxing?

    It is a licensed fight for goodness sake.
