I just watched the WBA Middleweight Title Eliminator fight between Javier Castillejo and Sebastian Sylvester where the fight ended on a TKO in round 11 for Sylvester. However, boxrec states it was a KO in round 12 with Castillejo flat on his back for several minutes. It was nothing of the sort; the ref stopped the contest with Castillejo on his feet against the ropes after absorbing a barage of punches. So why this disparity?

Easy to answer, boxrec is right. The KO was in the 12th round and Castillejo wasn't able to get up again.
