    It's BoxRec, they have Gilberto Ramirez as the number 1 ranked Cruiserweight! I've also noticed that in the past few months their website runs really slowly, especially on my laptop.

    I think BoxRec uses some stupid algorithm that rarely makes sense and they've been too lazy to fix it.

    No one really looks at BoxRec's P4P list anyways.
