Rios wanted to fight Soto in February 2011, just 2 months after Soto had done going 12 rounds with Antillon in Decemeber, while Rios was fully rested from fighting in November against an easy BUM named Omri Lowther.
and because Rios wanted Soto to fight 2 months after Soto last fought, without resting well, Rios is making it sound like Soto is ducking him, when its not true, cause Soto said in the post fight interview that he;ll fight Rios later in the year.

Rios always steps in the ring on fightnight weighing 155lbs., so there is no reason why the 24 year old Rios jump to 140lbs and fight Soto later this year.

Soto has said since last year, that he was moving to 140lbs, so I dont know why its a surprise to some of you blind people.

The only reason Soto stayed at 135lbs for a while, cause he wanted to fight Juan M Marquez, but since JMM is SCARED to fight Soto, and now moved to 144lbs catweight fight with Pac, Soto moves up and is chasing JMM, Pac, MAB, EM and any big names in the 140-147lbs.

Rios had said that he;ll fight 1 or 2 more times at 135lbs and then move to 140lbs too.

They will fight each other.

The quality of BScene's writing is ridiculously far ahead of BN24's. The quality of writing on BN24 is shockingly bad.
