boxrec is becoming a pretty incredable site

    now you can search for fighters by town/province!

    they even have a map layout showing who the local fighters are around a specific area.

    this is great, i alway wanted to know of what boxers where in my home town:happy

    They even say what shoe no they have and have the women boxers on a ''I'd hit it'' or ''I wouldn't hit it list''....great site

    Can you like...filter the men down by sexuality, so you could know the gay ones in your local area?

    People over at the boxing forum at Sherdog slag on boxrec too much.
    But yeah, it's a really good site.
    Don't always agree with their ratings.... but as a database they set a standard.

    Who the hell uses it for rankings anyway? If you want rankings that are vaguely sensible use ring, or fightnews for official rankings by the organisations.

    It does what it is supposed to as a database extremely well and in great detail.

    agree I NEVER look at the rankings...I prefer to use the IBO computerized rankings...
