Is this an unlicensed fight or something, maybe i missed something but boxrec havnt got Chisora or Haye scheduled for a fight. will it go down as a loss on someones record?

it's licensed by the Luxembourg boxing federation, maybe the BBBofC are leaning on Boxrec not to take this fight into account

That is the reason. Some of the guys working for Boxrec has been with BBBofC (Or are still) as well from what I heard.

I don't pay much attention to Boxrec rankings, some of the rankings they have ( like Franklin Lawrence #10 at HW :huh) are just mind-boggling

That's bull**** seriously. It was an excelent fight to make, especially for the heavyweight division. I can't believe the BBBofC are so sensitive about it happening, I never thought what happened in Germany was that shameful, just a brawl between two guys.
Robberies and cheaters are really putting boxing on it's knees, not this fight being allowed.

    Boxrec is looking for publicity.

so will a win/loss count on thier records?

Its a shambles, none of them got convicted for what happened in Germany the BBBofC need to grow up.

Ive got Boxnation and will be watching the fight so i dont need Boxrec to tell me whether it did or didnt happen.

With a bit of remorse and a bit of humility they could of got their licences through the BBBC but they went and did it the wrong way. But still, its real.

BBBofC would not have given them licenses for ****, it got too much mainstream attention for them to fold and look weak, they want Boxing portrayed as a gentleman sport, when it reality it is two men in a ring trying to knock each other out.

It says 'Haye wins by TKO5' at the bottom' :nut

This makes them look really petty tbh.
