    Boxrec is known for being awfull at rankings.

    Thoughts on this list:

    Fighters that are too high:Ali ,Canzoneri and Moore

    Fighters that are too low: Benny Leonard,Armstrong,Langford, Greb.

    Fighters that shouldnt be in the list: Mayweather,Monzon,Marciano,Tiger,Corbet III,Ortiz.

    Debatable:Louis,Bivins,Grifith and Napoles.
