    Kelly comes in at a rather poor no.35, behind Danny Jacobs at no.29

    G-Man bounced above 160 quite a bit.. and his biggest wins at 160 are Julian Jackson and Mugabi. Outside of those 3 fights, he doesn't really have a notable win worth talking about. Though, they are big wins.. I think he's better than his ranking by quite a bit.
