    0 cards scheduled, amazing.

Wtf is going on in boxing? Most of the big promoters have absolutely nothing scheduled!
Yea, I get that Boxxer is/was working on a deal, but they are part of this trend.

It’s for a year. This is what’s going to happen ( sorry for the negativity). Occasional shows dominated by women’s boxing ( this is the BBC ). Initial ratings a triumph! Then less and less viewers and they discover that women’s boxing is pretty tedious until the plug is pulled next year. That will be the end of Boxxer.

Well, thats depressing. I hope this deal actually expands their schedule and stable. But them doubling down on womens boxing is a real possibility, and it could backfire.

Two shows this year and two shows next year. What a waste of time. No momentum at all. If BBC do push it, it will be via the women’s boxing angle. They are trying to spin a minute tv deal into the future of boxing. Shalom had his chance, 4 years with Sky, he blew it, he’s done.

I'm quite surprised that they're collaborating in the first place to be honest.

    That is absolutely MEGA.

Imagine how hyped Ben Whittaker will be? and Adam Azim. Superstar making move.

BBC's budget for boxing is miniscule when compared to Sky's boxing budget. Just wait and see, Azim, Whitaker and such will leave Boxxer as soon as they can.
