Boystov is a good young prospect but will never become more than a good top 10 -15 boxer IMO

Boytsov is excellent fighter. Of course that Euro haters will not say good about him. I expect that from bigots.

Nah, he would lose 9 out of 10 times. Barrett is still a dangerous man. he was in top shape against Haye, just could´nt deal with the power and speed of the Hayemaker. Bidenko is neither as fast as Haye nor he does have his power. Since the loss to the hunter he is clearly the way down. Barrett has both more speed and more power than Bidenko.

Barrett may have more power but I would have to argue about having more speed than Bidenko. Barrett hardly seemed fleet of foot against Haye, he even crashed trying to get in the ring.

I didn´t talk about Boytsov, i talked about Bidenko. Nevertheless i think Boytsov is overrated. I´m not sure if he has more speed and power than Barrett. Bidenko sounds like a good scalp, but after he lost to the hunter, he was visibly declining. Barrett is still a dangerous opponent, just ask Tye Fields.

    I know.

He probably is by some, and underrated by others.

Perhaps you should watch some of his fights.

    Agreed.

Beating two major organizations top-12 ranked heavyweights is easily more impressive, than beating couple of cans in Germany. :deal

    I quite disagree with you,rapidfire.

You are right in saying that the hunter took some of his former self-confidence away.Point taken and accepted!
Nevertheless,Bidenko has proved that he is still able to beat the likes of Sprott,Hersisia,Cisse Salif,Feliz,Arias,Colliander, and so on.
Barrett plays in Sprott's and Hersisia's league. I would probably bet my money on both Sprott and Hersisia if they ever fought Barrett.
Bidenko is a better scalp than Barrett.:yep

You are entitled to your opinion, but I for one very much hope that you are wrong. The heavy weight division desperately needs fresh blood.
Boytsov can bang, and most of his fights have been quite entertaining and exciting.
The jury is still out on him,but he is a very young fellow. There is no need to rush him into big fights.

Unless Boytsov gets some skills and improves his defense I'm probably going to hop off the Boytsov train. What a ****ing disappointment.
