Of all the fights I have yet to see, this one probably tops the list, but I can't find video of it! Does anyone know where I can see this fight in its entirety?
Nice find Baclava, I don't even know the result so this is going to be good. Pretty much a can't-miss fight
This fight was not long after the Pintor v Johnny Owen fight, that, as I'm sure you recall, ended in the death of Owen. Limon said that the Mexican fighters had decided to kill any British fighters that came to California to fight; he sometimes lacked tact. I read an interview with Boza-Edwards in which he said that he had previously been a more careful boxer but, if Limon was going to try to kill him, he was going to fight about it.
Finally watched it last night. Tremendous fight, though that's a bit of a stretch comparing it to Chacon-Limon IV. To me, it seemed Limon was being more cautious against Boza than his average opponent. Not to say you didn't see his wild flurries, but they were less often that usual and his pressure was not as consistent as usual. Still a great great fight as you would expect from these two going against each other though.
