I thought massively undersized Oganov (almost 6 inches smaller) had no chance against Pitt, after Oganov couldnt crack an egg against domestic level boxer Michael Bolling & his very poor showing vs Garth Wood also.
Oganov is an undersized Super Middleweight, let alone Cruiserweight.

If anything this fight raised many questions for alot of people about Pitt's frailties.

Its the same reason i got all fired up and pissy at times, the problem in this country is that boxing is corrupt and no one is prepared to do anything about it. Bryce is just the tip of the ice berg, did you see the refee who assisted Foley in beating the 10 count against Berrage? Foley couldnt stand upright so the ref grabs both his hands and yanks him up lol

Sadly we are soon becoming the new Germany of boxing.

It starts from the amateurs and contuines on in the pros, its actually far worse in the pros but just as bad in the amateurs. Have you ever wonderd why Australia has never won a gold medal for boxing at the Olympic games? our best boxers dont get a chance, its only the favoriate boxers who get looked after and sadly, second rate fighters just dont cut it on a world stage. Pitt wont go anywhere on a world level, the fight with Oganov proved that, he cant take a punch and cant put them away when they have a pulse and are half his size, how on earth would he be able to match it with the best CWs in the world?

The illusion is to make you think no one will fight him, so much so that a supermiddleweight has to come upto CW to fight him? WTF , plenty will fight Pitt but he is a protected species as are most fighters from that camp!

I agree that the ref didn't do a good job

    However blaming Pitt is wrong

It is not his fault the ref let him get away with what he did

If playing league the ref is standing back on 7 metres and allowing the tackler to hold the guy with the ball down for far too long

do you go back 10 and get back up straight away

No you do what you can to help you to Victory

The Pitt knockdown was illegal: 1:37 Rnd3 Oganav strikes Pitt behind the ear following through with forearm and elbow. The count was engaged, the ref looks confused stops the count. The ref realizes that Pitt was felled with an illegal blow, returns Pitt to his corner for his mouth guard to be inserted as is standard practice. During the pause before the return to the fight the referee informs Oganov that he illegally struck Pitt on the back of the head…..it is there, watch it.

Aside from all the perceived dramas surrounding the refereeing I have to agree
with BOCO that a rematch would be extremely bad for Oganov's health.

It wasn't so much exhaustion that got to him, it was the accumulation of some very big shots from Pitt that finally broke him down.

I'd like to see Pitt have a couple more better quality fights then challenge
BJ "Pretty Boy" Flores towards the end of the year or early 2013.

You got that right, it looked like he was sick, and literally tired of being pushed down with the ref doing nothing about it.

For once I agree with you here, but that doesn't discount the fact that you are a lowlife cocksucking bitchy rat, *****.

So you must be one of the fans demanding an RJJ v Green rematch then? The referee also engaged the count, he wasnt confused, he stoped the count to pick up Pitts mouthguard because he is a moron. If there was no knockdown why did he pick up the count? Watch other referees, they dont pick up the count when the knockdown is not legit.

The ref also wasnt going to warn Oganov until he got a mouthfull from Pitts corner with threats to stop the fight.

    Welcome back Dale! :hi:
