Mentioned during last nights fights confirmed by Pitt on twitter according to AUS-BOXING just type in Brad Pitt vs Shane Cameron confirmed in google. Both have been out of the ring for a while. Wonder if the winner will fight Tarver? Who wins this? I pick Pitt by K.O.

Tough fight for Pitt as Cameron will land on his chin eventually & how he copes with it could be another thing.......skill wise Pitt's miles ahead but I just can't get out of my head how he struggled with Oganov.......Pitt to box cautiously to a points win.

Shane is too tough and I see a KO going his way. Pitt has been way to inactive to jump straight into a fight like this

Shane has no power at Cruiser it took him 12 against a inactive Vea to get a KO. Though Oganov dropped him so Pitt may be chinny. I think Shane is a natural Heavyweight while Brad is a natural Cruiser with more power than Green,Ammann and Vea who had no trouble landing shots on Cameron. Anyway will be a good scrap.:good

Further confirmation by Shane's manager. Type ''Cameron back from wilderness'' in google.

Boxing: Cameron back from the wilderness

Guy Heveldt, Newstalk ZB September 13, 2013, 12:42 pm

Shane Cameron will emerge from the boxing wilderness before the end of the year.
Cameron's manager Ken Reinsfield has confirmed a cruiserweight world elimination fight against undefeated Australian Brad Pitt will take place.
While a date is yet to be set, Reinsfield says they want it before the end of the year.
He says it's a big opportunity for Cameron, 10 months after losing to Danny Green in a unanimous points decision.
"So that's sort of exiting for Shane coming off having fought for a world title to go straight into another elimination bout."
Ken Reinsfield says he'll meet with Brad Pitt's management this weekend to try to lock in the details.

Beautiful down under affair this one , these lads are doing their best to reverse the damage the likes of your more popular home grown and NZ fighters have done to the sport in recent years , good luck to em .

Make no mistake...both fighters can BANG! It will be interesting to see how Pitt goes with the step up in class...likewise how Cameron fairs after a lengthy lay-off. All things being even I see this being a great fight but have Cameron winning....probably by knockout. From an Aussie point of view i'm stoked Brad Pitt has finally landed a quality opponent...No aussie C/Weight has wanted to go near him. His chin did look a bit dodgy against Oganov and no doubt Cameron will test him early

Cameron def has the advantage, been 12 rds 5 times, 10rds 2 times in 10 rd fights in a 29 fight career, And pitt has been to the 6th round twice out of 12 fight career ...Cameron def has the edge.. but he is a brick with legs and moves 1
