Brilliant thread. The OP has adressed each and every intellgent comment and opinion with an equally unbiased answer, and has backed up his claims with undeniable evidence and irrefutable facts. The OP has dilligently justified his claims, and responded to all intelligent post's questioning and disputing the OP's opinions. Another classic, unbiased, well-argued, and completely fact-based thread. Well done!

    i kinda agree

although they are all good fighters none of them are exactly on the level of de la hoya, trinidad, floyd, mosley and tszyu were.

  3. 2-3 months ago, people were saying that Pac would never face "slick African-American" fighters like Berto, Bradley, and Alexander. People were saying that they weren't "come forward" or "shot" fighters, therefore they weren't gonna get a fight with Pac. When whispers of a Margarito fight was being floated around, Pac was all of a sudden being accused of ducking Berto/Bradley/Alexander.

Then Bradley went on to look very average. Alexander looked bad against Kotelnik. Maidana had a poor showing against Corley. Khan controlled (I wouldn't say he absolutely dominated) and laid a decent beating on Malignaggi, who's been fading for years.

No one's asking for for Pacquiao-Bradley/Berto/Alexander now because they all exposed themselves as being overrated.

    :deal

Since when have Berto or Bradley been slick? I could ask the same about Alexander to be honest?

Why should he be fighting those guys? Hes the best P4P fighter in the world, they're all green, if theres no one to fight he should hang his gloves up or wait for someone good enough to fight. Like Floyd for instance. I also notice Sugar Shane doesn't make an appearance in any of this?
