These two guys are on a collision course for one hell of a showdown.

Bradley is the legit #1 in the division right now, rightfully so. He's extremely rugged and fights with the experience of a guy 10 years older.
He's excellent at getting inside and attacking the body, but his underrated quickness allows him to be effective fighting on the outside. He's not a KO artist but carries legitimate power. His defense may be his one drawback but it is by no means terrible. I just love his caginess, he's just a tough dude.

Alexander is going to absolutely blow out Urango. This is a total mismatch. Alexander has got a deep array of punches and he's super fast. He's got a skill set that can approach Floyd as he continues to develop. He'll be landing at will against the slow, plodding Urango, whose only ticket this night will be landing one bomb. Devon is one of the most underrated fighters right now, and the blame for that lies at the feet of Don King.
I also believe that Alexander has some pop behind his punches and while I am not counting on him knocking down Urango, this fight may need to be stopped because he's getting beaten senseless.

Although, Devon is still very inexperienced on the big stage, I just think that he has a readiness about him.

I think it's great matchup and a tough pick.

I like the 140 lb. division. Bradley is probably the senior citizen of the division at the ripe age of 26(Hatton is washed up and Pac aint coming back to 140). There is a lot of young talent at 140 lbs. Amir Khan won't be fighting either one of these guys anytime soon, so I believe it would be great if they fought eachother this summer or fall.

    Dont discount urango though.

I agree that alexander will more than likely outclass him....but straight blowing him away?

Urango, although a belt holder, is hardly a top 10 140 fighter for me. But he is built like tank, has a good chin and PACKS A HUGE PUNCH.

Urango is a perfect example of too many belts in each division. He's not championship material. He's a bit more than gate keeper status, he's good Friday Night Fights material.

Urango is too crude to compete with the likes of Alexander. He's tough but will be thoroughly outclassed.
Alexander, JMM and Bradley are the class of the division.

Marquez has never even fought at 140 lbs. He's pretty much done at this point. I can't imagine ranking him ahead of Khan considering his own trainer feels he can't win that fight.

Urango might not be a world beater but his only losses came to prime Hatton and a WW champ in Berto and he was competitive in both. I dont think he can beat Alexander but he is definately a top 140 lb fighter if many consider malinaggi a top fighter.

I don't think he's done. I think he can compete with the likes of Khan who I'm not yet sold on. Khan IMO still has a lot to prove and I would favor JMM to beat him. I would like to see JMM take on someone like Paulie or Nate next.

Bradley v Alexander would be a good fight. Both men are considered high risk low reward for most of the rest of the division, so if they fought the winner would definitely have some hype surrounding their name.

Look at the Diaz fight. Diaz was touching him up for a good part of that fight. Marquez is in his late 30's and has taken a lot of punishment in his career. I definately think he's past it. Marquez was stretching it at 135 lbs. and now it looks like he can't even make 135 anymore. He's done.

Alexander looks to be the goods. Maybe even P4P material in the future.
