Bradley facing Casamayor mistake?

If they were gonna showcase Bradley. They could have at least put him against a live opponent. There should be some people in the Welterweight division that can still fight. I don't care who his name is, just as long as he can fight. Casamoyer is about as done as done can be.

Prime for prime Casamayor would beat Bradley easily. However this is not a prime for prime match up.

 

Casamayor is not pat his prime, he is shot at pieces.

 

i think he will look good against a southpaw like pac.. that will make the pac fight more interesting to some fans

 

It could hurt Bradley's draw if Casa manages to make him look bad ..

Khan has been making excuses for not fighting Bradley for ages now , he also ducked Casamayor a while back and opted to fight Maidana . Khan is a fraud , he's got no chin and everybody in boxing knows it . He's the biggest cherrypicker outthere . Casa on the other hand is a legend and a true Champ . He will lose agaist Bradley but it won't be a massacre like many people are predicting . Peace .

 

Bradley will beat Casamayor but I agree with others in that he'll probably look less than stellar doing so. Casamayor is clearly shot but he still knows what he's doing and once he decides to survive this could be a boring and uneventful fight. Casamayor is a name, is shot, and is a lefty so there is some upside but there is the strong possiblity this fight stinks in the ring. If Casamayor was in his prime this would be a very good fight but now its a mismatch. Bradley by late stoppage.

 

Not that I agree with this fight happening, but if I was Top Rank or team Bradley I'd be very satisfied with this bout. Bradley has been off for a while and he wants to face Pacquiao. With Casamayor he gets a chance to fight a fighter with a familiar name, that has been inactive also, is too small for this weightclass, but at the same time will provide him with experience facing a quick southpaw.

The fight it self may not be of much help in preparing for Pacquiao, but if Bradley gets Pacquiao next he will have had two training camps focused on fighting fast southpaws while shaking off the rust in the first one. If he looks bad against Casamayor he should just man up and fight Khan. But we all know that won't really happen.

I so hope Casamayor pulls the upset, and ruins that punk ass ducker Bradley's chance to the Manny Sweepstakes that he sure as **** doesnt deserve.
