out of 10... I think he is being to hard on himself, sure it wasnt a pretty fight but I blame that to the headbutts and how alexander fought. Bradley did well and got the win. I would give him a 6.5 Do you guys think he is being to hard, he comes across as a smart confident guy that knows damn well what he can and cant do and is pretty honest in it. But he also seems a bit critical on himself, I suppose its better then being too confident and try to justify bad performances.
I would give him a 7/10, i thought it was a decent performance in which he done what he needed to outbox Devon.
He isn't being hard on himself. Him giving himself a 3, is a way of saying "That was nothing, the best of me is yet to come."
bradley struggled when devon was on his toes and moving. imagine what will happen when he takes on amir who has better hand speed and more power than alexander. bradley has power but only when in close. he cant cant generate the same power from range. he'll have to try and close the distance to get to amir. the thing is he isn't an effective pressure fighter. he can't cut the ring off and trap fighters like maidana can. plus he's pretty open to straight shots so amir will have plenty of chances to ko him.
He called it correctly. I would give him a 5 though. He looked like he did what he needed to do in the gym on a conditioning and mental level and came to fight. His Boxing? Sucked. He kept waiting for "one big shot" and didn't cut off the ring effectively at all. Also, I felt the shots he did let off were a bit wide and wild. At the end of the day though he did what he had to do to come away with the victory.
He may just expect more from himself. I'd say between a 6-7. Not bad, but not really that good either.
