holt reminds me of zab judah, they both have alot of talent but never live up to there true potential. All that speed, power an athletecism wasted, sitting back on the defensive giving away rounds looking for one punch ko's........all holt had to do was be aggressive, bradly couldn't handle his power.
I thought Bradley showed he could handle the power after he got up from a kd that damn near put him in orbit. He still had the presence of mind to collect himself and take the 8 count and nothing Holt hit him with after seemed to really hurt him. Even the second kd looked more like a balance issue than like he was genuinely hurt. Plus I've been drinking High Life all night, so I can disagree with whoever I damn well please.
so let me get this straight......your saying holt knocked the **** out of bradley,he got up on shakey legs ,took a knee to compose himself an holt said holy ****!!!!! an practically stop throwing punches for the rest of the fight?:nut
I've said it before I'll say it again; the worst thing you can do is knock a guy down early. It's a curse.
kendell showed his power, but hid his heart and desire...bradley had a shaky chin, but showed his heart and desire, if kendell really wanted to, i believe he could've had bradley hurt a lot more......
Holt has nobody to blame but himself...if he'd have listened to his corner and backed the smaller man up with his jab and been more aggressive he could've stopped Bradley, but instead he choose to try and counter all night and he got outworked by the hungrier, more focused fighter. Bradley won legit and thats all there is to it.
i have no problem with the fight being awarded to bradley (i had holt by a point) but that was terrible fight. holt is too inactive and bradley's punches couldn't squash a fly he just flurries with pitty pats and weak ass punching with lots of volume. i am now cheering for someone to beat bradley and his terrible style.
