Warren revealed Pryce turned down a fight with Matthew Hall and Rees turned down a fight with Amir Khan. Rees turned it down to go on holiday.

THESE GUYS NEED TO SORT THEMSELVES OUT. WARREN HAS WORKED HARD TO GET THEM WORLD RANKED AND ALL THEY DO IS STAND ROUND GETTING PISSED ON FACEBOOK ALL DAY.

The Khan fight would of been big money for Rees and its winnable for him. Pryce has the expirience to beat Hall and could then push for WBO title or make decent money agaisnt the domestic light middles. i heard there both working construction jobs at the minute to pay the bills.

the thing that bothers we most is there must more talanted guys that have not got the breaks these to have, they dont deserve to be in the position there in and even when gifted opportunites they waste them.

They would have both got their Welsh asses kicked. "Mini Tyson" Hall would have done for "Unmotived, heartless" Pryce every day of the week. He would have quit when he felt the body shots.

Amir Khan could use Rees's chubby head as a speedball drill BEFORE fighting Alex Arthur.

Rees wouldn't be a bad win for Khan actually.....

OK he isn't up to much, but still, former LWW champ and all that!

To be honest, I would say that I think Rees is a pudding.

We can say what we want about the Sports Network gravy train that guys like Gary Lockett and Anthony Small have exploited - but how else could Rees expect to achieve anything in boxing?

I've got a feeling Rees would be even worse at lightweight, should the fight take place there. Even though he's chubby, he has some kind of speed at LWW compared to bigger men that probably lets him get away with things.

Against lightweights even that will be neutralised. He will be a plodding, defensively lacking, featherfisted, British top 10 contender.

Khan's handspeed is ridiculous, so as you say....... it may be like a speedball session.

Yep awful news if that is true they turned those fights down.

Hall vs Pryce is a very good domesic fight and one both would be looking to win. Pryce needs a few more solid domestic fights if he plans on taking his career further. Fighting once in a blue moon will either end up with him losing to a nobody or just disapearing. Hopefully he will mention somthing on here.

Ree's seems an idiot. I like the guy to do well and rate him but jeez wtf. He could beat Khan and set up another pay day on the back of it.

Rees is durable at least....small but he has chosen to fight at LWW (due to lack of discipline IMO) and would not be 'blown-up' so to speak....doesn't have any power but throws a lot of punches and comes to fight.

I think they have turned the fights down due to the dispute between Warren and Joe....Cleverly is fighting, and he left Enzo....they haven't so I assume that's why.

Rees would be a decent name on Khan's record, but Rees probably turned the fight down as he knows he would be destroyed. To be fair to Rees, fighting Khan coming back off a defeat probably isn’t the best idea. Still doesn’t explain why he hasn’t been back in the ring though.

    :lol::rofl:nut

:yep Sums up what he is about all there.

Amateurish is what I would describe the Calzaghe camp as.

Techinically Price and Rees are professionals.

But in mentality they really are amateur boxers.

    The whole camp are amaterish.

Joe Calzaghe has a professional mentality.

But I feel they let Enzo Maccarenelli down with their amaterish ways.

Basically Enzo only had the likes of Gavin Rees and Bradley Price as some light sparring for the David Haye fight.

Ok he might have done a little bit of work with Joe too.

But in interviews he was explaining that the little guys were pushing him everyday and would make him pay for mistakes with speed.

Thats all the sparring he had.

Ill preparation to suddenly step into a ring with someone as big and powerful as David Haye
