For the OP of the other thread thinking Bradleys being stupid for not taking Arum to court : Tim's smart enough to know that being tied up in court while his prime wastes away isn't going to get him paid- it'll cost him a fortune in legal fees and the opportunity cost of not fighting for 7 figure paydays.

It's usually not simple or cheap to jump ship to another promoter in these situations, which is why it's rare that it happens and even rarer that it turns out for the best for the fighter. Fans greatly underestimate what's involved in it.
