I don't know anything about that. I just saw him take what appeared to be a very cowardly way out last weekend. I hadn't heard about the injuries but still, it's no way to carry on. Where he goes from here is anybody's guess but I'd be surprised if it was the heights some people had tipped him for. Then again I saw him as a domestic/euro level operator before then so I would say that.

This said, I thought he opponent embarrassed himself massively by acting like he was in severe pain, turning around to see that the fight - quite rightly - had been waved off only then to make a miraculous recovery and instantly stop pretending to be hurt. I mean this isn't football, what is he playing at?

 

No they don't. You know what happens when an immovable object meets an irresistible force? Well this is the stupidity equivalent. An imbecile has come up against an idiot.

 

Peterson wins simple

 

Sugar, regardless of injuries it was still a cowardly way out, if he went back to the corner, told them his hands went and was pulled out I could have forgiven that. Injuries happen and you can't fight with no hands but to potentially break an opponents jaw with your head because it's on top on you is unforgivable.

The fact Saunders was under pressure, dropped and was gassing and he sticks his head in looked to me like he wanted out very quickly rather than take his lumps like a man, he looked a for DQ.

Saunders was fine smashing journeymen to pieces, never see any foul play from him then, no dirty tactics so it is not in his make up and the journeymen he was smashing to pieces never stuck a head in on him.

I hope I never see Saunders on Sky again, it spoke volumes about his character and he also cheated the paying fans and more importantly the opponent out of a conclusive ending.
