Who wins and how would you rate Hatton should he win? With Bradleys lack of power I see this as a easy win for Hatton.
I can see Hatton bullying him into a close decision win, but Bradley could pull it off as well if he can keep Hatton turning. Good fight, hope it comes off. Bradley has a date open in June, doesn't he...? Hatton said he only wants a world class fighter...this would be a nice way to reposition himself at the top of the division. I don't see this fight ending inside the distance.
I doubt that, Hatton gets too excited thinking beating the p4p number one makes him number one p4p. Bradley has stopped 11 people and none in his last 10 fights or so
Hatton has NO CHANCE. Bradley via wide UD or late KO/TKO. Tell me, how would Hatton fare against the likes of Kendall Holt, Lamont Peterson, Nate Campbell, etc?
Hatton said a top ten p4p fighter or a champ, the only top 10 p4p fighter is Marquez around his weight. so it will have to be a champ at ww or lw
Nate Campbell seriously? Its the old fight the best and get beat and your done sydrome. Hatton would beat them.
I don't know why he wants to fight again to be honest. I really don't think theres much more he can prove or achieve, I think he is past it and will get rocked or knocked out by whoever he faces.
Im from the uk, I know Hatton is limited , I picked him to lose v Mayweather but to win v Pac. In my opinion he could clean out the light welter division in 3 fights.
If I was Hatton's handlers I'd be advising him to STAY THE **** AWAY FROM TIM BRADLEY. I love Ricky Hatton and IMO he would be a big underdog in that fight. Bradley is young, fast, and fresh. I see Hatton getting hammered most of the fight and probably getting stopped late in what would probably be his final match. He should fight Marquez at 140. THAT is a damn good fight, both are past their prime a bit, both need a good win over a top opponent to get their careers going again.. And thats a fight I see being highly competitive. Although I still would predict a late stoppage for Marquez, its much more evenly matched than Bradley vs. Hatton... And it would make more money.
Two better reasons 1. He took massive beatings, shots that breaks down a fighter 2. He blows up way too much between fights. He wouldn't be able to produce more than mediocre results.
