those 2 points have yet to be proven

as he has not fought after those 2 fights, when he does, then we can judge.

He faught and looked quality against Paulie, then got caught by a shot that would have knocked out a horse against Pac.

Hatton is done, it kills me to say it, but if he takes another loss against a man who isn't Elite it will tarnish a damn impressive record! He battled the best and only came up short against the absolute Elite!

He gets too much **** on this forum!

I fully understand your point but surely the only way to find out if he is done is by him having another fight? he lost to two of this generations best boxers, no shame in that at all. The only way to find out if he has anything left is for one more fight which is what we are getting soon.

I promise you, if he does not put in a good performance, he will retire himself as he knows he will be done as you say.

evrybody thought he was shot after the floyd loss then he bashed paulie around in a good boxing lesson against the man who was supposed to be the better boxer. i think he could well beat bradley if his mind is right but its maybe too big a fight for him after the pac loss, those demons would creep in once dessert storm landed a few?? but, i think he could possibly turn back the years and show us that he really did get beat by the best fighters of his generation, but when he is on his game is still a right handfull for the youngsters coming thru..

My major worry is Boxing fans are fickle at best, if its not a good performance and he is forced into retirement win or lose his reputation will be in tatters.

I only have fond memories of Hatton, and I don;t want a lesser opponent to beat him; selfish and blinkered I accept :bbb

I would favor Ricky as a fighter by a large margin....However the weight gain since the Pac fight makes me Riccky is done....Damn, he musta packed on 20 lbs within one month of the PAC fight...WTF!!!

I hate to say it but I think I'd go with Bradley to win.

i think the real question mark is over hatton's mental state. although i think people are reading too much into his devastating loss to pacman because i truly believe that was down to floyd sr poor training, everyone knows that there were problems before the fight and in 24/7 ricky looked bewildered and even worried ythat he wasn't prepared.

anyway for me ricky is not the same fighter, he hasn't got the hunger or momentum, hes on a losing run and thats a hard thing to reverse in boxing unless u go for a patsie. and we all know rickys too proud to do that. so bradley would beat him. Regretably

Hatton's chin has been cracked. Bradley quite possibly stops him and most certainly outboxes him at this point.

Good post. That's the thing with Hatton. His only two losses came against the ABSOLUTE best.

the kind of fight bradley will give him, hatton cant fight like that any more!!

i can see hatton coming out and looking the better in the early rounds all down to his heart, but later on ring rust and fatigue will show and hatton will come under a barage of punches and not recover so well... bradley will then go on to finish him!!

if this fight happens, it will be an early stoppage for hatton or he loses
