Wasn't Bradley upset because supposively he heard JMM was refusing to take neither VADA or USADA??

JMM has said he'll take USADA, so he clearly is willing to take the test, but Bradley now wants him to take VADA?

Has it been confirmed that they will both need to take tests from both USADA and VADA, or get tested from just either one???
