It's simple, man. If the fighter is stumbling and crashing to the floor, we have to ask ourselves: what made him do that? If it was a punch, then it's a friggin' knockdown . Don't see how that can be disputed. Because, again, the push didn't send him to the floor. There wasn't even a push! The non-existence of Bradley's legs/balance (because they'd been taken away by a punch), was the cause.

that was a KD. Ruslan barley touched him when Bradley ducked after getting hit by a big shot. Bradley went down due to his legs not being there after said shot.

just look at Bradley trying to get up. no one looks like that after being pushed down do they?

as i say, it was a legit KD that didn't get called.

    :huh What?

He is trying to grab Ruslan because he's trying to remain upright. Ruslan is moving backwards to keep him off. Ruslan lands another punch with sends Bradley further crashing forward and in to Ruslan's waist. I'm not sure if that's ever happen to you -- someone either tackling you or falling in to your waist -- but it's your natural reaction to bring your arms down towards their head or back to remain in balance from someone crashing in to you. Ruslan was not pushing him down.

Seriously, instead of focusing why Ruslan had his hands on Timmy's head/back (whilst, again, not pushing him down), you should be asking yourself why Timmy's falling into his mid-section and towards the floor in the first place.

And I can accept the ref had to make the call quickly before Tim showed what a mess his legs were. But once that happened I bet the ref was thinking, thank god it's the end of the round, I could have got this guy hurt.

It's definitely a judgement call in the moment. Hard to blame the ref with hindsight like many here are doing. I tend to think he made the correct call.

He was hurt from a shot thats why he was falling forward like that he was trying to grab him, look its like I said I did call it a Knock down live, but seeing it here I dont call that a knock down had Ruslan not had his hands on the back of Tims head and he allowed Tim to fall then you have a Knock down but when you have a fighter whos hands are on the back of the other fighters head and he goes down you have to decide what put him down was it the shot or was he pushed down.

Thats the call the ref made, thats what I see in this video he may have been on his way down we dont know because of the series of events that lead up to him going down

And that's why you called it correctly originally - because you were watching it live and in its full sequence. The replay you've provided in your opening post, however, doesn't tell the full picture.

And I have no doubt that the ref made that call precisely for the reasons you've stated. Unfortunately, it was the wrong call. Bradley falling to the floor had everything to with him being hurt and his legs being taken away, instead of a pair of hands reluctantly touching his head/back because he's just fallen into his opponent. Again, I have to reiterate - there was no push.

I disagree I believe live I made the wrong call and the ref made the right call which is why he is the professional in all of this and neither you or I am.

Definitely! If you watch it again, the referee yells something when Timmy falls back to the floor . When he gets knocked down, he says "Get up. Get up", and then when he falls again like a sack of ****, he shouts something like "NOW!!" or "NO!!". Can't make it out. He then continues to say "Get up. Get up. You alright?".

Pat definitely knows he ****ed up there.

Being a professional doesn't make him exempt from being wrong . Especially when 90% of those watching the incident -- with the aid of repeat viewing -- say the complete opposite as him. There was no push involved and the whole world saw that he was hurt and his legs were gone, so there isn't really a mystery as to why he went down. Legit knockdown and Ruslan can consider himself badly unlucky not to be rewarded for it.

I admire Bradleys grit and determination, many would have lost heart in his position, but he dug deep and kept fighting. However that doesn't change the fact that the ref was appalling, and Ruslan was robbed of legit knockdowns.
Had Bradley been 4 points behind after 2 rounds, the outcome of the fight could have been completely different.

Your "video proof" shows even less. It cuts off before Bradley even starts going down and is shown from an angle where Prov is between Bradley and the camera. :patsch
