Khan-Bradley would be a fight of the year contender. Khan has handspeed and length, but Bradley is a demon when he gets inside and is a dynamic counterpuncher. Just get a ref that lets them fight and we'll have a 140 classic.

Why would it be so imperative that he fight and beat Bradley, if Bradley is beaten by Alexander?

With Khan's flaws (him being off balance whenever he throws combinations) I honestly dont think he get away with that with Bradley...Bradley inside game is going to be the key in this fight. Khan has showed some improvements, thats a no brainer but I just dont think he will hold up to Bradley's pressure.

    Just my opinion.

I would have to pick Khan to beat Bradley in a close probably split decision based on his speed and working behind a jan that I feel could back Bradley up enough to allow Khan to win the fight. I think Alexander beats them both, he has the one think that neither Khan nor Bradley have, which is legitimate KO power. I don't think he's a KO artist, but he's a good enough boxer, and athletic enough that when given the opening he can finish either one of these cats even IF (and I would guess probably will) he were behind on the cards at the time of the stoppage.

The Khan from the Maidana fight loses to Bradley, I agree.

But I guarantee you Roach and Amir are going to analyse this fight constantly and try to iron out any flaws before he fights again.

Not to mention Roach is going to have Khan employ an entirely different strategy if he fights Bradley.

If Khan can keep it on the outside, and discourage Bradley with fast combos from long range, he wins.

I consider Bradley to be number 1 at 140, and fully expect him to beat Alexander

How can you still say that after the Kotelnik fight?

Compare Khan and Alexander's performance vs Kotelnik and you tell me if Devon deserves the credit he once got...

I don't prescribe to your logic, not that I don't understand it, I 100% "get" what you're trying to say. If Alexander's next fight were against Prescott, and he sparked him in the 3rd, would that change your opinion of what would or wouldn't happen in an Alexander vs Khan fight? It wouldn't mine, Alexander beat Kotelnik and that fight has no bearing on what will happen going forward, no different than the Prescott fight has no relevance either, the bottom line is that I think Alexander is comporable in speed, boxing ability, etc, only I think he has the "spades" in that he has the heaviest hands of the three, which over the course of time will pay him dividends. He has the ability (if behind on the cards) to still come out with a win, I don't believe that Khan or Bradley can do that, and I see that as the difference.

I have to disagree with you on the outcome soley on how Khan finished his last fight with Marco...I know we cant really put too much into Khan's last fight but we cant overlook it also...Khan has a nice solid jab that will give Bradley fits over the course of the fight, but the thing that will play a factor is how will Khan react or how will Khan deal with Bradley determination???

I think Bradley will do what he cant to close the distance to get his way on the inside...Khan showed he is suspect to the uppercut and tends to go straight to the ropes when he's in trouble...I know Bradley doesnt posses the power of Marcos, but IMO he does have enough power to keep his opponents honest.

I think Khan will probably bank the first 3 rounds or so before Bradley turns it up on him...Winning a close UD or even a split dec.

If Bradley does some how beats Devon, Khan vs Bradley must happen...I think we can all agree on that!:good
You raise some good points my man! Kinda hard to argue that given that Khan is really starting to improve his game into a solid fighter.

Yes, Roach is gonna have his hands full while preparing for Bradley...Given, the style of Bradley, Roach needs to get Khan ready for a really grueling fight IMO...Bradley is not gonna back down nor will he make the simple mistakes that Marco made during their fight.

I expect Khan to try to jab and keep his distance while setting up his right hand...Bradley will some how find a way to negate the movement and nullify Khan's jab while he gets on the inside and outpoint him.

Maybe I'm wrong, but hey, its a fight that I wanna see!:good

Good points as well, dude... and I agree if Bradley can get inside for long periods of time, then Khan's in trouble.

The 140 division is great right now... so many amazing matchups that can be made.

Bradley/Alexander vs Maidana would also be interesting...

I've been a big fan of Bradley since that win against Witter, this guy has got the goods and he's a decent lad too. If anyone thinks Khan has an easy night against him (or Alexander) they got a surprise in store.

This'll be a great fight if it comes off, whoever wins that one, I'd like to see in against JMM rather than Pac/Mayweather, both those guys kill anyone currently at 140.

For me the fight comes down too a key factor which vs Khan is hard to over look.

    Bradley 5'6 Khan 5'10

For me this is a big factor due to Khan's use of his reach and his great jab which we saw vs Paulie, all i am saying i know Bradley does his good work inside but for the most part i see Khan controlling the fight with his jab and working off that.

But this fight will be a great one to see, both top fighters at their weight.

Bradley's fast, but Khan dominates him. Amir has improved much with roach's guidance. Beware: all of roach's fighters will soon be labeled as PED user!
