I am getting the feeling that Nery aint winning the battle of attrition. Winning rounds, but he looks to be wearing.

 

Nery doesn't look fully comfortable with the high pace here, he looks at the clock every now and then and ties Figueroa up a lot more now

 

i have 1,2,3,5 nery and 4 and 6 for figueroa. he landed some nice shots the last round but his face is falling apart.

Nery looks shattered, only halfway my friend and Figueroa looks like he did at the first bell.

Nery made a great adjustment in going to the jab, Figueroa hasn't adjusted yet, still trying to take it inside

 

The irony is that, as Nery moves backward, he's actually forcing Figueroa into a better spot than Figueroa himself wants to be. Energy difference is the story of that round.
